Seasonal rental rates are as follows:

  High season: (June 1st to August 31st): 2450 Euros per week, or 350 per night (6 nights minimum)

  September: 2240 Euros per week or 320 Euros per night (3 nights minimum)

  Mid season (April 1st to May 31st): 2030  Euros per week or 290 Euros per night (3 nights minimum)

  Low season (October 1st to March 31st): 1925 Euros per week or 275 Euros per night

Cleaning fees : 210 Euros
